1525 NORTH CALVERT STREET - BALTIMORE, MARYLAND
New office building designed for the State of Maryland Department of General Services. Project included full MPE design and site utility services coordination for a landlocked location.

mills, simon properties
Provided retail and facility renovations and new construction design for multiple properties including Franklin Mills, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Arundel Mills, Hanover, Maryland; Sugarloaf Mills, Lawrenceville, Georgia; and Concord Mills, Concord, North Carolina. Work included ADA required modifications and modernization of MPE services.
patriots park
Provided an arc flash survey of a DOD facility complex to document all existing electrical service and distribution equipment. This data was utilized to provide an Arc Flash study and single line diagram for this multi-building site.
baltimore human services division
Provided engineering evaluations and MPE design services for the Homewood facility at 2700 North Charles Street. Projects included chiller replacements, HVAC modifications and emergency power systems design for this facility
social security administration and department of health and human services
Provided design/build engineering support for renovations to computer facilities, offices, cafeteria / meeting rooms and UPS facility at these locations.
BIOSAFE FACILITIES
Provided engineering design for the installation of manufacturing facilities to produce bio-degradable straws, drinking cups and food service containers to replace plastic equivalents in the commercial market.
Port Imperial - New York waterway
Provided new utility service design for the ferry boat services terminal which had been compromised by Hurricane Sandy. Coordinated services with floating piers and existing standby power generators.
dunkin donuts
Provided design for renovations and new construction design for multiple locations including Catonsville, Maryland; Thurmont, Maryland; Frederick, Maryland; Baltimore, Maryland; Fort Meade, Maryland; Odenton, Maryland; Fairfax, Virginia and Washington D.C.
CONCORD MILLS OUTPARCELS
Provided infrastructure design for dry utilities to four retail buildings at the Concord Mills Mall. Coordinated utility services to Outback Steak House, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bonefish Grill and BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse.
Woodmore town center
Provided all phases of tenant fit out design from white box shell to final tenant coordination design for multiple tenants at this retail complex. MPE design and utility service coordination for facilities in multiple buildings at this site in Glenarden, Maryland.
cheeca lodge reconstruction
Provided site utility design for wet and dry utilities at this facility in Islamorada, Florida after the site had been washed out by a hurricane.
electric vehicle charging
Provided design/build engineering support for the installation of Vehicle Charging Stations at multiple facilities in New Jersey and Maryland. Some installations were incorporated into the existing electrical distribution systems and others required new electrical services to accommodate the requirements of these stations.
REBRAND OF CONCORD MILLS
Mechanical and electrical redesign for the Concord Mills Mall including the common areas, entrances, food court and specialty courts throughout the Mall.

MATTRESS DISCOUNTERS
Provided design for renovations and new construction design for multiple locations including Baltimore, Maryland; Silver Spring, Maryland and Ranson, West Virginia.
FEDEX CAFETERIA RENOVATIONS
Provided MPE redesign for the renovation of the dining facility at the Federal Express Indianapolis Hub Facility.
woodmore town centre & woodmore commons
Provided infrastructure design and dry utility coordination for the electric, telecommunications and gas services to multiple site parcels at these locations in Glenarden, Maryland and Bowie, Maryland.
solar energy facilities
Provide engineering design support for solar projects at various sites in Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Michigan, Delaware and Maryland. Projects are joint ventured with Solar Design companies and associated engineering consultants.
swarthmore college
Provided site survey and report of the electrical services to existing dormitory buildings and a new child care center at the Swarthmore Campus for converting the facilities into energy conserving, all electric buildings, non-dependent on fossil fuels.
