This project involved the design of one city block for a new five level retail facility in downtown, including the coordination and relocation of existing utility and transportation services. The lowest level interconnected to an existing retail facility under a city street and the upper levels provided aerial covered walkway connections to the adjacent buildings.

  • Renovation of the Parole Plaza complex in Annapolis, Maryland to the Annapolis Town Center. This included extensive infrastructure modifications to utility power and telecommunications services that spanned the project site and relocating these services to an underground distribution system. The project also included the base building design services for the fifteen buildings initially proposed for development at this project site as well as provisions for future expansion. As the project evolved, specific tenant fit-out design, tenant reviews and construction administration services have continued at this successful development project.

  • Provided the construction documents for the Bass Pro Shop in Arundel Mills and developed a base electrical distribution system that was adopted as a 'prototype' for their store design. This design was applied to four additional sites in Las Vegas NV, Baton Rouge LA, Hampton VA and Lancaster PA.

  • Provided the construction documents and construction administration for renovation of the Mall at Georgetown Park in Washington, DC.  This building complex included multiple retail facilities combined in a historical project site that included four below grade parking levels, three Mall levels, residential facilities above the Mall, two separate utility services and interconnections to three adjacent existing buildings.

  • Renovations of numerous Simon-Mills properties including Level "A" and Level "B" restroom upgrades, new tenant "white box" designs, Common Area renovations and retail tenant fit-outs. Sites include Potomac Mills, VA, Franklin Mills, PA, Arundel Mills, MD, Sugarloaf Mills, GA.
